- The Institute invites proposals from the corporate sector for joint Research Projects utilizing the student and faculty intellectual skills.
- Also the Laboratories equipped with the modern equipment may be shared if so desired by the Industry.

Regional Workshop on Industry-Academia Collaboration
A Regional Workshop envisaging the need for Industry-Academia Collaboration for Engineering Institutes was hosted by the Bengal Engineering and Science University, Shibpur on 20th& 21st June 2013 under the aegis of Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India.
